- Measured Survey ?A CIAT registered technician will come to your home and conduct a full measured survey.
- Design ?We will draw up a design you instruct.
- Multiple Design Options ?We will draw up multiple design options exploring all your feasible options, based on your needs.
- Planning App & Management ?We produce the planning drawings and prepare the application. Once submitted we manage the application until determination.
- B.Regs App & Management ?We produce the building regulations drawings and submit the application. We obtain quotes for an engineer and building inspector and manage until determination.
- Quotes from Builders ?We contact recommended builders in your local area for ballpark quotes based on the design drawings.
- Follow up Design Consultation ?We hold an online design consultation with you to review the various designs and plans options. We discuss other options to determine the best design solution for you.
- 3D Visuals ?We produce basic 3D massing models to give you an idea of what the space will look like once built.
- Schedule of Works ?A schedule of works lists the work required by the contractor. Schedules allow the contractor to identify significant work and materials that will be needed to complete the works and to calculate the quantities that will be required.
- Interior Design ?An interior designer helps to plan and design the interior decoration and finishes, including lighting, flooring, colour schemes and furniture.
- Project Management ?A project manager will monitor the progress of works to your house during construction and liaise with builders to ensure quality and make sure the contractor adheres to the plans.
- Design Risk Assessment ?Design Risk assessment is required by law and helps identify and resolve potential problems before and during demolition and construction.
- Tender ?We will create an invitation to tender, and assess tender submissions made by builders in response. We will then give a recommendation based on the responses.
- CDM Report ?Required by law, a CDM report is in place to improve the management of health and safety in all aspects of construction. It sets out detailed responsibilities and obligations relating to all parties.
- Virtual Reality Experience ?Experience your house extension using a Virtual Reality headset before it goes on for planning!
