Friendly Local Architects
Our local RIBA registered Architects are specialists in your area and you can get some helpful advice from your architect at a free initial consultation.
Multiple Design Options
Explore all of your design options with your architect so that you’re confident and satisfied that the design you chose is truly the right solution for you.
Never on your own
How It Works
1
Book a free consultation for an online meeting with the RIBA chartered House architect for your area. At the consultation, find out what’s possible, ask questions, find out about the planning and building regulations, and talk about timescales. Your architect will ask questions to find out what you need and what you’re looking for.
2
Book in the measured survey with a CIAT registered House architectural technician. Our technician will come to your home and conduct a full measured survey which will take around 2 hours. This can be scheduled at a date and time to suit you.
3
Schedule your online Design Consultation with your architect. During the consultation, review the options drawn up and see if there are any other solutions. Explore advantages and disadvantages of each design and evaluate them in terms of budget and value for money.
4
Once you’ve decided on your preferred design it’s time to obtain planning permission from your local authority. Your architect and their technical team will prepare the CAD drawings and application, check you’re happy with them, and then submit the proposals. Your House architect will then manage the process and liaise with the planning officers.
5
Obtain building regulations approval. Your architect will prepare the building regulations drawings package and application and submit and manage the application. Where others need to provide input, such as a Structural Engineer or Principal Designer, your architect will also manage this and get quotes for you where needed.
6
You have your approvals! Once you have obtained all your approvals, you’re ready to build! If you’re not sure which builder to use, don’t worry, your House architect can also help you find a reputable builder!

Now on 360º !
We use advanced video game technology to create photo-realistic visuals and animation to beautifully showcase your home project that have not yet been built.
An immersive technology, it will transport you into a fully interactive 3D environment, giving you the opportunity to explore a virtual representation of a particular room, floor, or building design as a whole.
